Executive Committee

Our Executive Committee combines decades of experience, a deep understanding of our company and ethos, and an international perspective.

It has a clear charter to focus on the results that matter: ensuring that the company is governed well, in alignment with our objective to maximise long-term value for our shareholders, and in accordance with our principles.

It comprises a balanced mix of professional skills and experience in West Africa, Australasia, India and South East Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe.

In addition to the 12 Executive Committee members, we invite 4 senior leaders to share their functional expertise and individual perspectives with the group. The invitees rotate on an annual basis, ensuring representation from across the group and providing the opportunity to build the next generation of Onat’s leaders.
